Interlocking steel grating can be classified into four types: Based on different insertion methods and angles, it can be divided into pressed steel grating, heavy-duty steel grating, integral steel grating, and sunshade-type steel grating, etc.

1. Pressed Interlocking Steel Grating: After slotting the load-bearing flat steel, the crossbar flat steel is press-locked into shape. Generally, the maximum processing height for producing ordinary steel grating is 100mm. The grating length is usually less than 2000mm.

2. Heavy-Duty Interlocking Steel Grating: This type of grating is formed by interlocking the high-strength flat steel and crossbar flat steel under a pressure of 1200 tons. It is suitable for applications with high span load-bearing capacity.

3. Integral Interlocking Steel Grating: The load-bearing flat steel and crossbar flat steel of integral interlocking steel grating have the same height, and the slot depth is 1/2 of the load-bearing flat steel. The grating height is no more than 100mm. The grating length is usually less than 2000mm.

4. Sunshade-type interlocking steel grating: The load-bearing flat steel of the sunshade-type interlocking steel grating has 30° or 45° inclined grooves, and the grooved flat steel is press-locked. We can deliver gratings of other spacings and specifications according to different needs, using materials such as ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The height of the grating is less than 100mm.
