Workshop isolation netting is a protective facility composed of welded mesh and square tube frame structure. It is mainly used for equipment isolation, warehouse area division and hazardous area protection in industrial production environment. The main material is Q195 low carbon cold drawn steel wire and electro-galvanized wire/hot-dip galvanized wire. The anti-corrosion performance is improved by dip coating or powder coating process. This product has the characteristics of simple mesh and strong permeability.
While meeting the physical protection requirements, it can also assist in workshop 5S management and environmental beautification. The mainstream products cover modular mesh panels with a width of 1.5 to 3 meters. Non-standard customization is supported to meet the differentiated needs of automobile manufacturing, logistics warehousing and other fields.
The column support frame and mesh panel composite structure are adopted. The columns and frames are mostly welded with square tubes. The mesh surface is woven or welded into a square mesh with a diameter of 4.0-6.0mm steel wire. The supporting accessories include door track, pulley assembly and special connecting buckle. The door design includes two standard specifications: single sliding door (1.8 meters wide) and double sliding door (3 meters wide) [3]. The base of the column can be fixed to the ground with expansion bolts, and some models use an adjustable base to adapt to uneven ground.
